Terms & Conditions

To secure your build spot and take advantage of our Fixed Price Guarantee, a non-refundable fee of $1500 is required to cover drawing of initial house plans and the Builders Energy Report.

Your land must be settled and cleared before construction commences, and you'll need to sign a CJ Homes Preliminary Agreement for the Preconstruction Stage.
